Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Runway LTD, a company registered in Israel (“we”), for the use of LayoutFix, a macOS app that fixes text typed in the wrong keyboard layout (Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and English). By creating an account or using LayoutFix you accept these terms.

Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Free trial

Each new account includes a 7-day free trial that starts when you create the account in the app. Each account and each Mac can use one free trial. The trial is free; to keep using LayoutFix afterwards you subscribe.

Subscription

• LayoutFix costs $18 per year (plus any applicable sales tax or VAT), billed in advance by Paddle.
• Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Manage Subscription on the Account page in LayoutFix, or by writing to us; LayoutFix then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• We will tell you in advance, by email, about any change in price, which applies from your next renewal.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

License

While your trial or subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use LayoutFix on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. You agree to use LayoutFix in line with the law, and to keep the app and its license system intact (no reverse engineering, reselling or sharing of accounts beyond these terms).

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@spark.org.il if you think someone else has access to it.

Updates and availability

Your subscription includes the updates we release during it. Layout fixing works offline; the app checks your license online and keeps working for up to 14 days between checks.

Warranty and liability

We build LayoutFix with care and fix problems you report. LayoutFix is provided “as is”, and you remain responsible for reviewing the text you send. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using LayoutFix and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
