Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try LayoutFix fully before paying.

14-day money-back guarantee

If LayoutFix is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment — the first subscription payment or a yearly renewal. No reason is required.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle processes refunds. To request one, either:

• reply to your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• write to us at support@spark.org.il with your account email, and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. After a refund, the subscription ends and LayoutFix returns to the expired state on your Macs.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; LayoutFix stays active until the end of the year you paid for. Where the consumer law of your country gives you further refund rights, we honour them.
